DAVID BRIONES is the interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of 1-800-PublicRelations, Inc.  With over fifteen years of public accounting and executive level experience, David also serves as the managing director of Brio Financial, a financial reporting consulting firm. In this capacity, Mr. Briones advises public companies regarding financial reporting, internal control development and evaluation, budgeting and forecasting and provides outsourced CFO services to private companies as they prepare to transition to public company status. Prior to founding Brio, Mr. Briones worked at Price Waterhouse Coopers and managed the Public Company and Hedge Fund practices at Bartolomei Pucciarelli, LLC, providing audit services, outsourced CFO functions and SEC financial advisory services for a broad public company client base.
